About — Ralph Pedersen Portfolio

I’m a senior designer and art director with over 11 years of experience working across a range of creative environments. I’ve helped launch global advertising campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, contributed to award-winning work and built impactful branding and visual identities for a range of clients. In recent years, I have led major design projects whilst overseeing other designers.

I currently work at T&P, where I have spent the past couple years working across Mars’ 40 brands, becoming the brand guardian for one of the biggest Mars accounts in M&Ms. Shaping creative output from concept through to execution. I am highly skilled across the Adobe Suite, Figma, AI tools and have a growing proficiency in 3D design software.

I thrive in both collaborative and independent roles, known for delivering high-quality work under pressure with calm, organised professionalism. Clients and colleagues alike value my approachable, solution-focused attitude and ability to adapt quickly to evolving creative challenges.
